13.02.10 News from the Deuteronomium -camp!
After the successful Mexican tour the band took a deep breath and had some rest. But now is the time to start working again!
The big news is that our drummer J-J Kontoniemi has decided to spend a sabbath year from the Deuteronomium -activities. He's still a member of the band and will be playing some live shows with us, but otherwise he's concentrating on other things than Deuteronomium during the year 2010.
Another big thing is that we will start working on our fourth studio album! The song material for the new album has been ready for a few months already, so it's about the time to really get into the work. The demos for the songs will be recorded in March, and after that the final arrangements will be made before heading to the studio to start the real recordings. The new album will be made with a session drummer.

Deuteronomium, together with a talented finnish artist Meira Rauta (meimei) are proud to introduce a special Deuteronomium 3D -pendant. The pendant is hand made of (99,9%) pure silver, and we're happy to let you know that this very limited edition pendant is now available through our website.

05.10.09 Deuteronomium + Mexico = Together for the Revolution!
We're very happy to announce that our long-time dream is finally becoming reality: Deuteronomium will be touring Mexico in November! TOGETHER FOR THE REVOLUTION -tour will see these Finnish metal maniacs perform their furious metal attack at least in 8 cities around Mexico! A few more shows may still be added to the tour schedule. We will keep you updated on these possible and desirable complements!
Unfortunately Kalle is not able to join us on the tour. However, we were lucky to get a great guy to fill his place during this tour. Esa Sarkioja, the lead axeman from Immortal Souls will be taking care of the great solos and atmospheric melodies. We've already toured Europe with Esa's own band last December, so we know he's a great guy and will surely be perfect replacement for Kalle.
So, if you're living in the area of any of those cities, make sure to check us on stage!
