You can now pre-order the new Deuteronomium-album "From the Midst of the Battle"!

All the pre-orders made before June 30, 2008 will receive the special edition of the album, with bonus DVD and a special cover! The DVD includes a full concert from True Attitude -concert in Heinola, Finland in August 2007, plus studio diary (the making of FTMOTB), plus documentary from the band's trip to Elements of Rock, Switzerland in April 2008! This hand-numbered limited edition comes with very special, book-like cover!

Uutisia Deuteronomium-leiristä

Vuonna 2006, kuuden vuoden hiljaiselon jälkeen paluun tehnyt ja
vastikään live-DVD:n julkaissut kotimainen kristillinen metalliryhmä
Deuteronomium suunnittelee jo uusia kepposia.

Kuluneen vuoden aikana on työstetty uusia biisejä. Parhaillaan on
menossa bändin seuraavan albumin esituotantovaihe, 14 biisiä sovitetaan
ja hiotaan levytyskuntoon. Tulevan levyn äänitykset on tarkoitus
aloittaa 10.3. Drumforest -studiolla Viitasaarella ja hommaa jatketaan
huhtikuun alkupuoliskolla Studio Watercastlessa Jyväskylässä. Albumin
tuottajaksi on lupautunut metallin saralla laajemminkin ansioitunut Mikko
Härkin (Mehida, ex-Sonata Arctica, ex-Kotipelto).

Musiikillisesti uutta materiaalia voisi kuvailla bändin paluuksi
juurilleen, ankaran death metallin pariin, melodioita kuitenkaan
unohtamatta.

News from the Deuteronomium-camp

After their comeback on 2006, after six years of silence, and recent
release of a live-DVD, Finnish christian metal band Deuteronomium is
already planning some new tricks.

During this year they've been working with new material, and are in the
pre-production process of their next album. 14 new songs are being
arranged to be ready to record. The recordings for the new album are
scheduled to start on March 10 at Drumforest studio in Viitasaari, and the
work will continue on the first half of April at Studio Watercastle in
Jyväskylä. Mikko Härkin (Mehida, ex-Sonata Arctica, ex-Kotipelto)
will be producing the album.

Musicwise the new material could be described as Deuteronomium's return
to their roots, brutal death metal, yet not forgetting the melodical
aspects of their music.

Ho ho ho! Merry Christmas boys and girls! We are happy to announce that Deuteronomium is back! A long story in short: after we played the "farewell-gig" on last June, we felt that we should continue the band that is so dear to us and to so many people out there. We still have something to give, and therefore we should rather call the last gig a new beginning.

We want to thank all of you loyal fans who have supported us during all these years even the band didn't ever seem to come back. Please keep us in your prayers in the future too, we'll see you soon!
